| How do I get a player added who is not currently available? |
| You need to send an email to support@fanaticsports.com and include the player, position and team prior to the re-opening of trading on Tuesdays at 3pm CT. The player will then be available for selection for the following week's games. |

| When I attempt to trade players, I get a message saying my account is on hold, how do I resolve this? |
| Your account was placed on hold due to a problem processing your credit card for the previous week's trades. You can either contact us via email (support@fanaticsports.com) or go to your customer profile and update your card information (e.g. expired card, change cards, etc.) |

| Can I update my customer information? |
| Yes, if you go to your customer profile, you can update any of your account information, except for your username and password. (NOTE: You must enter valid credit card information, otherwise your account will be placed on hold if we cannot process your card.) |

| I forgot my username and/or password, how can I get this information? |
| From the home page, you can choose the "forget password?" link, which will allow you to enter your username, after which your password will be emailed to you. If you've forgotten your username, just email us at support@fanaticsports.com include your full name and phone number then we will send you your username. |

| Do player upgrades affect my salary cap? |
| Yes, for every upgraded player you have on your roster when player upgrades are announced, your salary cap will lincrease by the upgraded amount. |

| Trades are not showing up after I select my team? |
| Remember to click the "Commit Trades" button once you've finished making your trades, this will commit your team for the week or until you decide to trade again. |

| Is there a way I can look at the rosters of the teams I'm competing against? |
| Yes, once trading has closed at 11:45am CT on Sundays, the rosters of all the teams will be made available for viewing by 12:00pm CT |

| What is the deadline for trading if a game is played earlier than Sunday for a given week? |
| For games played earlier than Sunday, the trading deadline is 15 minutes prior to game time. |

| Can I still make trades after Thursday or Saturday games? |
| Yes, but you will only be able to add or drop players for those games which haven't taken place yet. Remember the trading deadline is Sunday 11:45am CT (for Sun/Mon games) or 15 minutes prior to game time for all other games. |

| Can custom leagues be created so my friends and I can compete against each other? |
| Yes, For the Rookie, Pro, All Star, and Comish Leagues. First have someone create a new league during registration. When they create the league they can invite others. Then when you receive your invite and sign up, use the league name of the league they created to join an "Existing League". |

| Can a custom league be created for just our group? |
| We have two options. You can either use our Comish service or if you are able to completely fill a league you can have a league just for your group, otherwise we will fill up the league once registration is closed. |

| What happens if the season starts and I forgot to pick an initial team? |
| Since pre-season trades are free and we don't want to charge you for a full 13 trades, a default team will be chosen. The default team will be the same for all those who forgot to pick an initial team. |
